Due to an American Express enterprise update to the credit authorization system there will be a brief outage of Amex authorization transactions.

During this scheduled maintenance there will be an outage of approximately 25 minutes where no auth transactions will be sent. These auths will not be sent delayed and will not be processed. The associated settlement transactions will not be impacted and will be provided to you as usual.

The scheduled date and time for this maintenance will be July 11th from 1:00 AM to 6:00 AM MST / 8:00 AM to 01:00 PM MST (the outage will be about 25 minutes within this time period).
