Mastercard returning errors for card re-enrolments
Incident Report for Fidel API
We have identified that Mastercard are experiencing an issue affecting card enrolments.
This specifically affects cards that have previously been unenrolled from one of our programs and are now trying to re-enrol. It is due to cards being in an inconsistent state at Mastercard.
The error being returned to Fidel clients is 400 - Error linking card.
We're working with Mastercard to identify remediation steps and confirm resolution times.
