Mastercard have notified us of a past intermittent service issue across their platform starting 18 July 2022, 09:07 CT (14:07 UTC) and was resolved 19 July 2022, 15:40 CT (20:40 UTC). They estimate 15% of incoming authorizations received during this time were lost and Mastercard will be unable to recover them.
