Earlier today we identified and resolved an issue affecting cards enrolled between 10:46 AM to 12:21 PM BST, which resulted in one of two outcomes.

As part of testing the Fidel API card linking verification feature, a small number of users could see a micro-charge and its immediate refund on their accounts after linking their card. These cards were incorrectly selected for verification due to an issue caused in Fidel card linking service. These cards were successfully linked and no further action is necessary.

Some other users completed the steps to enroll a card and it appeared to be successful, but the card was not enrolled. In this case, the card will need to be re-enrolled.
